HABIT OVERHAUL

Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

As long as time remains, everyone will continue to journey on to an eventual end. The quality of that end will be determined by what investments are being made daily. The kind of investments being made is determined by what habits are at work in an individual. So, the end will either be fulfillment or regret as decided by habits.

God has built into you this behavior system called Habit, which allows you to be on autopilot much of the time. Most of the things you do daily are habit-controlled. This is also true of the richest and the poorest men in the world. Everyone’s daily activity is being managed by this system called habits.

Are you sure that in years to come, you will be proud of how you are using your time today? Are there things you would wish you had done or changed ten years from now? It is vitally important to answer these questions today because you will be saved from reflecting and wishing you could reverse time tomorrow.

The good news is that you can begin now to make changes that you will be proud of tomorrow. You can decide, by learning new behavior today, to build the future of your dreams. By choosing to program your habits correctly, you will be on course with God to the great future He has planned for you.

Today’s Scripture shows us that we are God’s masterpiece; His special creation. He wants to show forth His glory through our lives. Everything in us, including our habits were put there by Him so we can live a successful life. He’s counting on you and me to make the right choice and do a habit overhaul so that His glory can show forth through us. In Jesus name:

• Everything delaying your shining will give way shortly.
• Receive grace to make the changes that will lead you to fulfillment.
• The world will celebrate you soon.

Pray and say “Lord, help me to live today in a way I will be fulfilled in the end”.
