Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 

It is not strange for a believer to find himself in a place where faith seems to have been lost. Sometimes life happens and we get so drained that our faith begins to dwindle, or even disappear. Our faith can suffer when we engage in long battles, or pass through certain challenging situations.

The good news is that when it appears faith is too little or non-existent, there’s where to go shop for it. When weariness takes its toll on our faith, and we are finding it hard to believe God, there’s what to do to experience a surge in our faith. It is a failsafe approach to building faith; blow the whistle and faith will appear.

God has given us the secret to getting faith. He has created a faith factory where faith can be synthesized. The Word of God is it. I like how today’s verse puts it, “faith cometh.” I like this tiny phrase from Romans 10:17, because it simply tells me that I can invite faith and be certain that it will honour my invitation.

Just like plants come under sunlight and get their food produced, faith is produced when we come under the Word. Every time your faith appears to be on leave, you can call it back with the light of the Word. The Word of God is the material with which faith is built. Faith will answer to its call any day.

No matter where you are, from the ground all the way up, there is a new level of faith God wants you to attain. As a matter of fact, if you desire a new experience, favour, breakthrough etc. you need a new faith to match it. Just remember, “faith comes.” It will come at the invitation of the Word of God. Go for it. In Jesus name:

• Your lost faith will be recovered.
• Every area of struggle with faith will be addressed.
• Your faith will grow exceedingly.

Prayer – Lord, I take grace to invest in the Word in order to get to new levels of faith.
